Mount Henry Honey

Our 340 gram jars of premium small batch honey are the perfect gift, or special treat.

The honey is seasonal, depending on which native trees and shrubs our bees are feeding on.

Our hives are placed around the Blue Mountains and Bathurst regions, moved around according to where the best blossoms are.

This pure 100% golden goodness is processed and bottled on our beautiful farm, at the base of the Blue Mountains.

At the moment we are pouring three different varieties:

1. A classic, creamy Yellowbox from Bathurst

2. A butterscotch-like Forest red gum variety from around Mount Henry in Mulgoa, and

3. A rich, Grey gum and Blackthorn - also from Mulgoa.

All are very different, and delicious!
